Privacy

The short version
EXHAUSTIN does not collect anything at all. There is no account to create, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party services of any kind inside the app. Nothing you do in it is transmitted anywhere, because there is nowhere for it to go.
What the app stores
EXHAUSTIN saves a small amount of information on the device itself, using the browser's own local storage:
- your total score, and the score of each game you have finished;
- your best Endurance time;
- your daily streak and the date you last played the daily puzzle;
- which trophies you have unlocked;
- which topics you have switched on and which difficulty you chose;
- whether you have turned sound and vibration on or off.
That is the complete list. None of it is personal information, none of it identifies anybody, and none of it is sent off the device. Deleting the app, or clearing the site data in your browser, erases all of it permanently. There is no copy anywhere else and no way for us to recover it.
What the app does not do
- It does not ask for your name, email address, age, or location.
- It does not use cookies for tracking.
- It does not contain advertising or in-app purchases.
- It does not include any analytics, crash reporting, or attribution SDK.
- It does not ask for any device permissions — no camera, no microphone, no location, no contacts, no notifications.
- It does not fetch questions from a server. The whole question bank ships inside the app, which is why it works with no signal.
Children
EXHAUSTIN was made for a child and is intended to be safe for children to use unsupervised. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, of any age, there is nothing to obtain parental consent for under the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the Australian Privacy Act, or the UK and EU GDPR. There is no user-generated content, no chat, no leaderboards, and no way for one player to contact another.
The website
This page and the app are served from Google Cloud Run. As with any web server, standard request logs (IP address, time, and the page requested) may be produced by the hosting infrastructure for operational and security purposes. These logs are not used to build a profile of anybody, are not combined with anything in the app, and are not shared.
Changes
If this ever changes — if a future version adds anything that sends data anywhere — this page will be updated before that version ships, and the date at the top will change.
